Job Overview:

The Head of Partner Relations oversees the Partner Relations (PRS) for the Nuffnang influencer business, especially focused on sourcing suitable partners (creators) for client’s campaigns.
This role involves leading a team to source, recruit, and manage influencers for clients' social media campaigns, and developing strategic partnerships with our partners to maximize gains for the business.
Additionally, the Head of Partner Relations is responsible for providing key inputs for all our technological development that is meant to serve creators and brands better.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management
  • Lead and manage the PRS team to source, recruit, and manage influencers of all tiers for clients influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Track the workload of the team, ensuring tasks are distributed evenly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all influencers sourced for our clients’ campaigns are at the best quality with competitive pricing.
  • Empower the team with good negotiation skills and influencer management skills especially for campaigns.
  • Actively participate in all management matters to ensure the department is aligned with the goals of the business.
  • Responsible in ensuring the team is properly staffed with highly performing and motivated individuals.
2. Strategic Partnerships and Business Development
  • Create and maintain strategic partnerships with talent agencies and boutique influencer agencies to enhance the quality of our influencers and its cost.
3. Operational Efficiency and Technology Integration
  • Actively contribute to the company’s technological developments by providing input based on current operational flows and results from testing.
  • Continuously analyze and review operational processes to ensure the team is sourcing and supplying influencers for our sales team at its optimal level.
4. Campaign and Partners Relation Management
  • Ensure the team efficiently manages the entire process of influencer engagement for client campaigns, including contacting influencers, sending agreements, and processing payments.
5. Payment Process Management
  • Liaise with finance department to agree on payment budgets for each payment cycle.
  • Lead and oversee the team during payment week, ensuring all payment details (such as names, IC numbers, bank accounts, and amounts) accurately uploaded, ensuring error-free transactions in a timely manner.
6. Database Management
  • Regularly maintain the influencer contact and pricing database, ensuring all details is current and accurately updated by the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology to optimize operational processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building partnerships and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
