The Senior Partner Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in strengthening influencer partnerships by taking on mid-to-high-tier influencer engagements, mentoring junior specialists, and supporting contract negotiations. This role bridges the gap between the Partner Relations Specialist and Manager, focusing on strategic partnerships, data-driven decision-making, and long-term relationship-building.Job Description:
- Source, build and manage relationships with mid-to-high-tier influencers to maximize engagement.
- Mentor junior specialists and share best practices in influencer management.
- Support contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Track and analyze influencer performance to optimize partnerships.
- Maintain and expand the company's influencer database by sourcing and vetting new talents for potential collaborations.
- Coordinate payment processing with finance teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to align influencer partnerships with brand objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, or related roles.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to optimize partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent in Written and Spoken Language: English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa.
- Able to work effectively on a tight timeline (for urgent campaigns).
