KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia-based Xamble Group Ltd, a digital marketing solutions provider and the holding company for Nuffnang Sdn Bhd, has appointed Jason Thoe as its chief executive officer effective September.
In a statement today, Xamble said as a seasoned executive across digital businesses, Thoe brings a wealth of commercial leadership experience.
"He has a proven track record of undertaking transformational change of Southeast Asian digital marketplace businesses for sustained growth and profitability, making him the ideal candidate to lead Xamble into its next phase of growth and innovation.
"Thoe's involvement would be invaluable as we continue our strategy of growing and strengthening our creator base in existing and new markets across Southeast Asia and beyond," said Xamble executive chairman Ganesh Kumar Bangah.
Currently, Thoe serves as chief operating officer at Frontier Digital Ventures Ltd (FDV).
Prior to FDV, Thoe was iCarAsia Ltd general manager for Malaysia and was instrumental in building a strong platform for expansion which set iCarAsia on the path for exponential growth.
Thoe has also held various leadership positions in management, marketing and sales at prominent digital, technology, and consulting firms including PropertyGuru and Bursa-listed Cuscapi Bhd.
